MEET SHEILA

YOUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER

Sheila’s passion for photography blooms from her love for capturing authentic childhood moments. At Little Sprouts: Photography for Little Souls, she serves families in Lethbridge, Alberta, creating simple, classic, timeless child photography that shines with genuine personality. Every session feels like family, with no stiff poses or forced smiles.

Sheila believes that portraits should be a true reflection of childhood — playful, relaxed, and unforgettable.

ABOUT MY STYLE

My style is simple, authentic, and kid-friendly. I have only one goal.. let your child be their goofy, shy, happy or neurospicy self! You'll never hear me  tell your child to "say cheese"—because who likes that?

All sessions are brief, simple and leave you with images of your child's true personality, (or personalities)  whatever that looks like! My photos highlight the joyful, zany, and simpleness of being a kid. 

Every portrait reflects more than a smile — it tells the story of your little soul.

ABOUT MY PROCESS

1. If you don't have a session booked, get on the waitlist. This ensures you are the first to know when sessions open up again. 

2. Once your spot is booked, you will get a form to help me get to know your child better! You will pay for your booking to secure your spot and may pre-order your package at a discount

3. You'll get a  "preparing for your session guide" 

4. Your images will ready to view within 2 business days via an online gallery.

5. Any final edits are made, and then off go your files to our  professional partner lab to create your beautiful wall art or album.  

6. It's the BEST DAY EVER!!! Your pictures are ready for pick up, and trust me, you might even cry.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

When I’m not behind the camera, I enjoy discovering time in the mountains, on my bike, or spending time with my 13 grandkids. These little inspirations fuel my playful, heartfelt approach to child photography, making every session uniquely joyful. 

They really don't stay little very long.
